Turning Pages for a Brighter Future Event

As part of the vibrant OrangeWeek2026! celebration, Orange Public Schools partnered with the City of Orange Township to host a powerful, community-wide literacy event. On Tuesday, June 9th, the community gathered at Lincoln Avenue School for "Turning Pages for a Brighter Future," a special presentation by KP Carter dedicated to empowering our youth through storytelling, representation, and literacy.

It was an incredible evening filled with inspiration, where families, educators, and students came together to celebrate the transformative power of books. KP shared proven literacy practices and discussed how powerful stories can reshape how children see themselves and the world around them.
